PRIVACY POLICY

§ 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

§ 2 PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION

Personal data will be processed for the purpose of carrying out marketing and sales activities, including direct, telephone, and online contact regarding the company’s own products and services (the so-called legitimate interest of the business), as well as collecting anonymous analytical data about website traffic, user acquisition channels, and time spent on the site.

Data for these purposes will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b), (c), and (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”.

With separate consent, under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, data may also be processed for the purpose of sending commercial information electronically, pursuant to Article 10(2) of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.

In the event of order fulfillment, personal data may be made available to postal operators or carriers solely for the purpose of delivering the order (agreements or other materials sent by post). Transactional data, including personal data, may be transferred to the electronic payment operator chosen by the Client during the ordering process, to the extent necessary to process the payment.

Personal data processed for purposes related to preparing a specific offer, analyzing a credit agreement, developer agreement, or service order will be processed for the period necessary to execute the contract and order. Afterward, archived data will be stored for the limitation period of claims, i.e., 10 years. Personal data processed for marketing purposes covered by a consent declaration will be processed until the consent is withdrawn.

If the processing of personal data is found to violate GDPR, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Providing personal data is voluntary; however, providing the specified personal data is a condition for signing the contract. Failure to provide such data will result in the inability to send contracts for analysis.

The Administrator makes every effort to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensures that the collected data are:

  • processed lawfully,
  • collected for specified, lawful purposes and not further processed in a manner
  • incompatible with those purposes,
  • factually correct, adequate for the purposes of processing, and stored in a form that permits identification of data subjects for no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing.

§ 3 RIGHT TO CONTROL, ACCESS, AND RECTIFY PERSONAL DATA

The data subject has the right to access their personal data, rectify, erase, or restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

§ 4 “COOKIES” FILES

The Service Provider’s website uses “cookies”. Failure to change browser settings by the User constitutes consent to their use.

The installation of cookies is necessary for the proper provision of services on the Service Provider’s website. Cookies contain information essential for the correct functioning of the website, in particular those requiring authorization.

Three types of cookies are used on the website: “session”, “permanent”, and “analytical”.

  • “Session cookies” are temporary files stored on the User’s device until leaving the website.
  • “Permanent cookies” are stored on the User’s device for the time specified in the cookies’ parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
  • “Analytical cookies” allow better understanding of the User’s interaction with the Service Provider’s website content and help organize its layout. Analytical cookies collect information about how Users use the Store, the type of site from which the User was redirected, the number of visits, and the time of visits on the Service Provider’s site. This information does not record specific personal data but is used to create statistics on the use of the Store.

The User has the right to decide on the access of cookies to their computer by selecting the appropriate browser settings. Detailed information on the possibilities and methods of handling cookies is available in the browser’s software settings.

§ 5 FINAL PROVISIONS

The Administrator applies technical and organizational measures ensuring the protection of processed personal data appropriate to the risks and categories of data protected, in particular protecting data against unauthorized access, acquisition by unauthorized persons, unlawful processing, alteration, loss, damage, or destruction.

The Service Provider makes available appropriate technical means to prevent unauthorized acquisition and modification of personal data transmitted electronically.

For matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and other applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
